Dogs by Primo

Dogs are furry but some are not. And some are short.Dogs can be any colour.

Some dog are spoty but some are not. Dog live all over the world. Dogs are very fluffy.

Dogs eat bones and meat, dogs can eat dog food too.

If dogs wag their tail it means they are happy. When they tuck their tail that means they're sad.

I think dogs have sharp teeth but dogs are friendly.

Dogs are very cute my dogs likes to play with me. I likes dogs.

Tamure and the taniwha by Lexi

A long time ago Taniwha's used to live in the sea. Usually Taniwhas have yellow eyes andwhen people walked along the beach taniwha's used to jump out at them. Usually taniwhas have tattoos. The taniwha had moko's on his face.Also usually they chew people's canoes and eat their fish. And then Tamure came along. Tamure was a giant. He punished that Taniwha. He strangled the Taniwha. The taniwha was sick of it so he swam down to the very deep bits of the sea. And he never came back again. And the people were free to walk along the beach.

A long time ago there was a huge taniwha who scared the people were on the sand. The taniwha he jumped up and he chased the people away. The people ran fast as they could. The taniwha had a moko on his face, he looked terrifying. He had yellow scary eyes and sharp wite teeth. Tamura said I will punish that taniwha ! When Tamure was coming he stomped all the way to the taniwha. They were having a fight . He swam to the very bottom of the sea. The end

One sunny day a taniwha jumped out of the water. He chased the people . It was huge and it was blue too. He ate the canoes and he chased the people from coming to the sea. Then tamure said I will punish that taniwha and he stomped to where the taniwha lived. And the way he went when he got there taniwha was under the sea and he caught that taniwha and taniwha went to the deep sea. Now it is safe for us to play at the beach.

When he got to the dangerous beach Tamure saw the bad taniwha swimming in the wet sea. Tamure splashed into the water and squeezed the taniwha so hard that the taniwha swam to the bottom of the sea. Now I can walk on the beach.

Tamure caught that Taniwha and told him he was bad.Tamure scolded that Taniwha so much that Taniwha swam to the bottom of the sea where it is cold and dark.Then the Taniwha was never seen again. So now the people can enjoy the beach.
